We offer Standard Delivery throughout Ireland and Northern Ireland. Our Standard Delivery rate is €7.95. Free Delivery applies to all orders over €60.
Deliveries typically take between 3-5 working days to be processed, packaged and delivered to you. Delivery times from the courier service may vary during busy periods. Please allow an additional 1-2 working days turnaround on bank holidays. If you have not received your order within one week of purchase, we kindly request that you reach out to us at sales@fsl.ie. We would be happy to investigate any issues that may have arisen with our delivery partner.
Please note: Some large orders (typically 24+ bottles) may exceed our standard shipping size and weight limits, resulting in potential extra charges for transportation. If your order falls into this category, our team will contact you to discuss details. Extra delivery charges will be based on your specific order’s size, weight and required shipping method. You have the option to cancel your order if you decide not to proceed and refunded following our standard refund policy. By using our website and proceeding with an order, you acknowledge the potential of additional delivery charges for orders exceeding our standard shipping limits.
Local Pick-Up
For local pick-up orders, we will notify you via email when your order is ready for collection. Our opening hours for picking up your order are:
- Monday-Thursday: 8.30am-5.30pm
- Friday: 8.30am-1.30pm
- Saturday & Sunday: Closed
