Valentine's Drinks Recipes To Love

Beetroot & Rose Latte

• 15ml MONIN Rose syrup​
• 3g beetroot powder​
• 240ml milk of choice​
• Add the powder and syrup into a cup. Top with steamed milk and stir to combine

Strawberry Lemonade

• 15ml MONIN Strawberry Syrup
• 30ml MONIN Cloudy Lemonade
• 150ml Sparkling Water
• Pour all ingredients into a glass of ice. Stir and garnish with fresh strawberries and lemon slices

Clover Club

• 25ml MONIN Raspberry Syrup
• 30ml Gin
• 30ml Dry Vermouth
• 30ml Lemon Juice
• 15ml Egg White
• Pour all ingredients into a shaker of ice. Shake and strain into a pre-chilled coupette. Garnish with fresh raspberries

Pink Grapefruit Spritz

• 20ml MONIN Pink Grapefruit Syrup
• 60ml Prosecco
• 40ml Italian Bitter
• 20ml Sparkling Water
• Pour all ingredients into a large wine glass filled with ice. Stir and garnish with grapefruit
