Get ready to shake up your drinks menu with two exciting new additions to the MONIN range! Rhubarb syrup and Blackcurrant fruit purée are here, bringing bold flavours to everything from cocktails and mocktails to iced teas, lemonades and frappés.

MONIN Blackcurrant Fruit purée is the latest innovation in MONIN’s collection, offering a unique 2-in-1 hybrid between real fruit purée and sugar syrup. This rich blackcurrant flavour is ideal for creating visually striking and delicious beverages, from classic Kirs to innovative spritzes, G&Ts and refreshing mocktails.

Blackcurrant Lemonade

Combine all ingredients in a glass filled with ice. Stir gently to combine. Garnish with a lemon slice

Kir Royale

  • 10 ml MONIN Blackcurrant fruit mix
  • Champagne to top 

Build all ingredients into a chilled flute glass and churn lightly to combine

Another much-awaited addition to the MONIN range, Rhubarb Syrup offers a bold, tangy flavour with a vibrant pink hue. It’s perfect for adding a nostalgic British touch to your drinks, whether you’re crafting cocktails, mocktails, lemonades or iced teas.

Rhubarb Frappé 

Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth, pour into a glass. Garnish with whipped cream and a drizzle of MONIN Rhubarb fruit purée. 

Rhubarb Spritz

  • 20ml MONIN Rhubarb syrup
  • 120ml sparkling white wine
  • 60ml soda water

Add all ingredients to a large wine glass filled with ice and churn lightly to combine. Garnish with a lemon slice and a mint sprig.
