15-20 ml per serve for hot drinks, 10-25 ml for cocktails, 20-30 ml for frappes and milkshakes
Mai Tai
Pour all ingredients except dark rum into a shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake. Strain into an ice-filled old fashioned glass. Add a float of dark rum on top of the drink. Garnish with mint sprigs and a lime wedge.
