MONIN White Chocolate sauce is a real plus to any drink, it gives an unrivalled melt-in-the-mouth texture.

10-25ml for cocktails, 20-30ml for frappes and milkshakes

White Mocha

• 30ml MONIN White Chocolate sauce
• 150ml milk
• 1 espresso

Pour MONIN sauce into a latte glass. Add one espresso and mix well. Steam and froth milk and pour over in the glass. Garnish with whipped cream, MONIN White Chocolate sauce topping and crushed hazelnuts.
