Earlier this month, we hosted the MONIN Cup 2024 Ireland Final at Dublin Bar Academy, where talented young bartenders from across Ireland showcased their incredible no & low alcohol cocktail creations under the competition’s theme Low is More. Thanks to all the competitors for their outstanding efforts and impressive presentations – our judges were truly blown away by your creativity and innovation!
A massive congratulations to Alessandro from Buffalo Boy restaurant in Carrick on Shannon, who was crowned as champion after an exciting and intense Mystery Box round! Alessandro will now go on to represent Ireland at the global MONIN Cup Final, held at MONIN HQ in France this December, along with winning a well-deserved trip to the Berlin Bar Convention later this year.
