Last week, MONIN Ireland sponsored the Best Cocktail Experience competition as part of the esteemed Irish Restaurant Awards 2024. Hosted by Dublin Bar Academy, this year saw over 130 skilled bartenders and mixologists from across Ireland showcase their creativity and flair, drawing inspiration from iconic movies, from Bond to Barbie.
From a staggering 160,000 nominations by the public, 130 competitors were chosen to compete in this two-day event and the panel of judges arrived at this shortlist for the finalists:

With the All-Ireland Final taking place later this month, we eagerly anticipate crowning the Best Cocktail Experience 2024. As an added honour, the winner will go on to represent Ireland at the IBA World Cocktail Championship in Madeira, as well as enjoying their prize trip to Athens Bar Show later this year.
